Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required before scheduling or beginning service.
• Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payments are made through the secure link sent via email or text.
• Late payments may incur fees or interest charges.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled service: No fee.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled service: $150 cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: $200 or 20% of total job cost (whichever is greater).
• If the crew arrives on-site and service cannot be performed due to customer-related issues, the same-day cancellation fee applies.

3. Liability Disclaimer

• The Customer acknowledges that pressure washing and soft washing involve water, detergents, and solutions that may affect landscaping, vegetation, grass, mulch, gardens, or organic materials.
• POW Pressure Washing LLC is not liable for any plant, grass, or landscaping damage caused by runoff, overspray, detergents, soaps, surfactants, or water pressure.
• The Customer accepts full responsibility for protecting or covering landscaping or delicate areas unless agreed in writing.
• The Company is not responsible for deterioration of oxidized, brittle, or pre-damaged surfaces.

4. Property Access

• Customer must ensure access to water and electricity as required.
• All windows and doors must be securely closed before service begins.
• Pets must be kept safely away from work areas.
• The Company is not responsible for water intrusion due to poor seals.

5. Weather & Rescheduling

• Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather.
• Customers will be notified and rescheduled at the earliest availability.

6. Stain Removal Disclaimer

• Some stains, oxidation, or organic growth may not be fully removable.
• Results depend on surface age, condition, and material.

7. Customer Satisfaction

• Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of job completion.
• The Company will make reasonable efforts to address issues.

8. Damage Reporting

• Claims of property damage must be reported within 24 hours of completion.
• Failure to report within this window will release the Company from liability.

9. Chemicals & Environmental Responsibility

• Solutions used are industry-approved and safe when applied correctly.
• The Customer must notify the Company of any organic-living concerns or chemical-free zones.
• The Company takes precautions but cannot guarantee protection of plants or landscaping.
• The Customer waives all claims involving vegetation or organic material damage.

10. Warranty & Guarantee

• The Company guarantees workmanship quality.
• No warranties are provided regarding how long surfaces will remain clean.

12. Indemnification & Hold Harmless

• The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless POW Pressure Washing LLC from any claims related to plant damage, landscaping loss, organic-living concerns, water intrusion, pre-existing damage, or any condition outside the Company’s control.
• This includes attorney fees and all defense-related expenses.

13. No-Suit Agreement / Limitation of Liability

• The Customer waives the right to file a lawsuit against the Company for any damages including landscaping or grass damage.
• Liability, if ever found, is limited to the amount paid for the service.
• Non-physical, aesthetic, or emotional claims are not eligible for compensation.
